paper drum

This is a paper drum. I copied the design from papermatrix.wordpress.com. It is really interesting and they have got hundreds of such designs. Next i am planning to make a balloon.

 

 

Paper art is really a satisfying hobby. And also there are so many types of paper art. The more you try to search the more designs you get. I am surprised at the number of wonderful things that can be made out of paper.

Recently i came across the site papermatrix.wordpress.com. They have downloadable patterns for so many things like balloons, hearts, cones, boxes etc. It involves  weaving of 2 or 3 papers together and forming great designs.

Another project work completed successfully at office. This friendship band also is made from old wedding cards.

This pen stand was made using old wedding cards. It did not come out so well, may be next one will come out good.

Hot air balloon

Toy bench

This bench is made out of wires and banboo sticks and is decorated with satin roses.

It did not come out so well and took lot of my time also.
